I would say that the Keto plan made a big difference to me , I lost 30 Kgs in 6 months. Although there were some minor issues from time to time however this was always handled and rectified quickly by their team and management in addition to the compensation they offered . the food quickly is good considering the price as well the portion is good . the have so many food options to choose and you can change it while still in the plan by notifying then 2 days in advance.

My husband was traveling and I wanted to use that time to lose some weight and get healthy! I started on Lose Weight but I was worried I would be hungry, as it is the case with healthy food, it was the opposite I could not finish my meals for the day! When I registered I got a call from a nutritionist to customize my plan and it was just right. The food tasted homemade and was delicious, like musakhan rolls, kebab and egg wrap and spinach and mini pizzas and manakeesh. The soups were so good, potato leek & Hareera! Salads were large, juicy & very tasty. The food came in a cool temp-controlled bag, food in good quality containers I reused them. The sauces came in a separate little container which kept the food from being soggy. Menu was in too with details of ingredients and calories. The bag was delivered everyday and was waiting for me when I woke up. I lost my stubborn 4kg in one month and was feeling full and very light. I recommend it for anyone wants to get healthy or lose weight without compromising on nutrients.
