Delivery / Shipping Policy

We deliver our Products to all Emirates in UAE.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days.

Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on value of the bill to any emirates in UAE. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

• Lose Weight will deliver to the given address as per the agreement during customer registration.
• Deliveries are always in the given time slots as mentioned during checkout. We cannot accommodate any deliveries at specific times.
• Deliveries cover Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ (Except Fujairah). We deliver to Al Ghadeer too. 
• Deliveries to remote areas to be confirmed with our team before checkout.
• Delivery address can be changed only with a prior 48 hours notice.
  

Payment Confirmation 

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
