How much weight can I expect to lose?
On average you can expect to lose about a kg per week for a normal healthy weight loss.
Are there any symptoms from the rapid weight loss?
Those on the keto program may experience keto flu, which is your body's natural response to carbohydrate restriction. Its symptoms include: brain fog, headache, chills, sore throat, digestive issues, dizziness, insomnia, irritability, and more. Symptoms typically last for a few days up to a week.
What if I cheat on the program?
Don’t be discouraged! The next day is a new day. We all have moments where we cannot avoid eating out with friends/family or craving something in particular. Enjoy a small amount of it or a healthy option if eating out and continue with the Lose Weight program. If you are on the keto plan we recommend to try your best not to eat outside the plan unless it is also a keto approved food.

Lose Weight meal plans are proven for healthy, long lasting weight loss. Each program is calorie and portion controlled. The keto program has all keto compliant ingredients. Calorie control is one of the recommended solutions for long term weight loss by government agencies globally. Maintaining a healthy calorie intake is the secret to transforming your body and revitalizing your health.
What if I still feel hungry while on the plan?
Whilst the program is designed to provide you fewer calories than you normally consume, you should not feel starving. As the food is designed to have the perfect balance of protein and fats to feel satiated. The first few days you may experience discomfort as your stomach and routine adjusts to a little bit less snacks and food than you are used to. If you are transitioning to keto, you may experience keto flu symptoms.However, after a few days you will be bursting with energy, your skin complexion turning around, and have the power to get through your day.
